I don't know what the issues the one guy had. All the service and knowledge was top notch. I recommend anyone with baseball or softball needs to come to this store!

TERRIBLE customer service. Bought catcher's mitt 3 weeks ago (the price was good), the lacing to the web broke right away....just called the company to let them know and what I should do. The owner's kid says: nothing we can do, call Sluggers. Did not offer a phone number, procedure NOTHING. Did not even apologize for the situation happening. So long story short, Dad (owner) has same bad attitude and can't control his emotions either..............wow! And don't talk over him....he don't like that! lol #spaz
