had terrible experience with the Newtown office of Margiotti & Kroll.On Monday 04/03/2017 I called their office because my daughter felt ill, she had high fever, ear & throat pain. Before I even had a chance to explain what was happening, I was interrupted and told to get there on time because the door would close at 7.30! like I was at their mercy?.....then my daughter was seen by a nurse practitioner, she did the swab and informed me that the office should have results within 72 hrs so just keep my daughter on Tylenol. The nurse practitioner did not say anything about her ears! On Tuesday 04/04/2017 my daughter got worse, I called their office to check on the results and was told they were not ready. I told them that, at this point, my daughter can't swallow and her ears hurt a lot. I was told that they can't do anything and they are sorry.

On Wednesday 04/05/2017 nobody called me back so I called again and was told again, that results are not ready and doctor can't do anything - in the meantime my daughter was crying from ear pain! After I hang up I went to the Emergency room. Within less than an hour my daughter was diagnosed with severe ears infection in both ears!!!! So for 3 days she was suffering because of the incompetency of this doctor office!

Everyone there is so friendly and I never have to wait! They're so good with my girls and make sure that they're very healthy and happy. They also make sure to tell us things we need to know in a way that we'll understand!

I have been taking my children to Margiotti and Kroll Pediatrics since they started their practice. I have three children ages 22, 17, and 10. All three children have used only this provider since birth and still do today! Whether visiting for a sick visit, well visit, or a shot we have always received exceptional care. The doctors take their time with the children and are very consciousness. The doctors have always been correct with their diognosis and have always referred me to specialist when necessary.They follow up diligently with any health concerns my children had. I would highly recommend this practice !

SO RUDE!!!!!!! Here's the deal if your office is too busy to accommodate the patients you have, stop taking new patients!!!! Don't offer "walk in hours" if you don't want to offer them to all of your patients!!!! Hire more staff!!!!! Hire more staff, so the staff that currently work there aren't so overloaded with miserable attitudes!!! The staff are condescending. Just because you treat pediatric patients, doesn't mean you should treat parents like they are children or are stupid!!! All the staff NP, PA, and some window staff could use some sensitivity training!!!!!! Unbelievable, really!!!!

I have been with Margiotti and Kroll for 10 years and I love them. Let start off with yes they are human and not totally perfect and if you find a doc that is PLEASE let me know!! There is 1 girl at the desk that should probably find another job because she does not like what she does but other than that I think all the people who work there are friendly. I don't know what the one woman wrote about because you can pick the Dr you see and I was there the other day and Margiotti was at the Trevose office.(off track for a sec) I like all the Dr but we usually stick with Dr. Kroll and Dr. Kauffman. My 10 year old daughter loves Dr. Kroll. He makes her feel totally comfortable and jokes with her. She is always asking for him to be her Dr. Dr. Kauffman is new and I LOVE her. She is so friendly. She comes in and makes me feel like we have been friends for years. Also she will tell me what is wrong with my child but she will also go the extra mile to make sure it is not something else more serious. I always recommend this group to my family and friends. Again have they always been perfect (NO) but neither am I or any other Dr. out there!!

horrible nobody is friendly never on time docs don't wanna give time of day to parents haven't gone once where there hasn't been some kind of problem

I felt they only were concerned on getting the $15 copay. Dr. didn't even shake my hand when he came in.



They just packed kids in like rats and treated me like one as well. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I have been taking my kids to Margiotti and Kroll since 2001. They have grown too much and it seems to me that the turn over is great. Margiotti is never at the Trevose office anymore (I always saw the same two doctors for about 6 to 7 years) I couldn't tell you the last time my Kids saw the same doctor. I still went back but I have to say when I was told it was time for the hpv vaccine and I said I have some questions- 1st one being can you tell me why I should get this today and not wait a bit- I was told and I quote- YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE NEXT YEAR! Well i have to say that was one of the worse responses I have ever heard in my life. I was stunned that a doctor would said that and not give me facts or information. Alright that was a year ago and I still went back said I still had some questions and they just ignored my questions. I am switching docs now I will let you know how it turns out.

As a mother of 4 and a nurse there is no better group to care for my children. They have same day appointments and daily walkin hours. They even have their own child psychologists, speech therapy, pediatric nutrition and lactation consultants.
This group is choosen by many physicians and nurses for their own children!

bad doctors beware hello my grandson went to these docs for about 18 mo. in that time many mistakes by this place .. for one as he got older and bigger they never increased dosage ??? for acid reflux the baby was in pain because of this mistake ? no #2 the insurance co. called and said the baby needed another shot to be up to date . the docs said no more needed ? after i told docs about the phone call they called me in ? this place is a big money making operation in my opion if you want good care for your baby go to a smaller place they can have 22 babies in the waiting room at the same time . if you do chose this doc stay very alert good luck
