this is a pitchure of helen alexanders one dog shianna she dont dare bring both her and her other dog lil bit outside at the same time and niegther one of her dogs are fixed.She is causeing problems for me here with my other neighbors and she needs to be moved or kicked out or I will take legal action.As you can see in the two photos I posted she has her one dog shianna outside she has another dog lil bit and they both are not fixed or nutered she wont bring them both out at same time for she knows she will get in trouble her dog lil bit is the only one that barks when someone goes in or knocks on door the other dog shianna does not bark at all.I think it is wrong all us other renters can only have 1 dog but she has 2 dogs and they are not fixed this needs to be delt with by you or I will get law involved.I dont want to cause problems but it is not right that she gets away with this!!!!!!
