Went to the Fayetteville "store" for a iPhone 6 screen repair. First, they gave me the wrong price, person blamed it on the "columns not being lined up right on the paper". This was on Saturday morning, they said the phone would be ready the following Tuesday, not unreasonable I thought.



Tuesday comes, phone not ready.

Wednesday, phone might not be ready until Friday. Seriously?? Is this a joke. They said they would put a "rush" for it to be ready on Thursday. Sorry dude, you already screwed up any possibility of rushing anything.



The Thursday thing didn't happen, of course.

Friday I go to the store and after standing there for 20 minutes being ignored, I told them that I was picking up my phone at 5:30, fixed or broken.



Not surprisingly, the phone was fixed. Even though I had to wait 30 minutes for some person to bring it in from their Lumberton office.



Customer service is good until they have you. Then they don't give a crap.

The place is hard to find, probably a good thing.

run like hell do not use these thugs they will rip you off. I paid for an xpress phone unlock for $85.00 1 to 2 hours. 3 days later no unlock found out the number he gave was made up. he provided no service and pointed at his little sign that says absolutely no refunds of any kind. seems as if he points at that sign like an airline stewardess given her preflight speach, done it for a long time. they are the biggest street thugs out here in fayetteville. anyone who uses them you will be screwed.

Worse customer service ever!!!

I brought my phone (Iphone4) to have a screen replacement (115.00 plus tax.)

Screen was cracked but full functional without any issues.

Screen was replaced in about an hour but had to return to store 1 day later due to battery issues. Store manager, who also replaced screen, told me what something happened to my battery and it would need to be replaced. Battery replacement is 40.00 plus tax. Replaced battery but had to return 1 day after due to phone not charging and shutting off at random times. Store Manager told me that he would take a look at it and call me at my work number. After waiting all day to receive a phone call, I called the store (5:00pm) to see what the status was of my phone. I was told that it had not been looked at and was being taken to their store in Lumberton. When I asked when I should expect to get my phone back from the store in Lumberton, I was told that it would be dropped off that evening and I should receive a call the day after in the evening. So, day passed and no call yet again. So I called again and asked about the status of my phone. I was told that the Manager did not know and would find out and call me back. No call back was made and no answer when I tried to call back again. When I did get someone on the phone (the day after) I was told that they did not know what the status was of my phone and would find out. Called back again and found out that Manager took my phone to Raleigh store for repair. Manager told associate that he would be back with my phone by 3pm that day. I returned to store at 3pm and surprise surprise. No Manager, no phone. When the associate tried calling their manager there was no answer on his cell phone. They messaged him and received a reply back that he would be back by 5pm now. So, I returned at 5 and guess what... No manager and no phone again. At this time I had had enough and told them that either they would have my phone for me fixed and ready to go first thing tomorrow (Saturday a full week later) or I would have a new iphone4 ready for me to activated to replace my phone that they broke. I told them they would do this or I would see them in small claims court. At 7:30pm that night, a full week after all this, I received a phone call from an associate stating that I could pick my phone up tomorrow morning. When I went to pick my phone up, I received no apologies, no credit, no refund, nothing. I work in sales for TWC and this company cost me valuable time, energy and money. They are horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
