New water heater broke twice in seven months: it was replaced: we were not charged. No complaints about customer service.

Don't be sucked in by this company. They charged me too much money, installed the unit improperly and then wanted to charge me again to come fix their poor job. Not customer service oriented at all - it's all about quantity not quality for them. Will never use again.

My 19 year old hot water heater was working fine but looked like it needed replacing so I visited Lowe's and Home Depot but neither had the Direct Vent type I needed. I then called a few local plumbers before deciding on Wade Hardin Plumbing. I must admit I hesitated slightly after reading the previous reviewer's comments but Wade Hardin quoted me the best price (nearly $400 less than the next lowest quote I received) for a quality water heater, installation, and haul off of the old one….. AND could install it within a couple of hours! Their crew of three arrived on time, did an excellent job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one, cleaned up the work area, and remained at our home until the water heated up and we were satisfied that all was to our satisfaction…and it certainly was! I am so glad I called them and will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs or to recommend them to my friends and clients!

Wade Hardin Plumbing plumbed my house all right... right out of my house and never came back to fix it. Their tech's looked like druggies off the streets. My husband is in the military and I was home alone... I caught them lookin in the window at me. I finally called servpro and they cleaned up the mess and fixed it... without problems! Call a pro... not this Wade Hardin place...
