I had used them in late 1990's and early 2000's several times. I had a lot of friends and family members that had also. The couple that worked at USA that I worked with as well as an older woman that was working there at the store were GREAT!!!

A friend and I went back to get some work done recently. We had a horrible experience. I asked about the couple that worked at the store back when I first got it. They began to talk bad and say really derogatory things about them. Not professional at all. They said they could do so much better than them. I know they couldn't. These people there now were horrible. I had done my homework before I went there. They tried to sale me higher cost, not necessarily better quality.

RESEARCH everything before you spend your money that you worked so hard for!!!!! I would Not recommend this place Now for anything!!!!! Totally disappointing and really bothersome that I had continued to talk about them positively about them to others, referring them. LOL now I see why the ones I did talk to that came back and told me they were not happy with them when they went to visit the store.

I wish I knew where this beautiful couple went that used to be there, so we could find them and have them help us out.

We did settle on flooring and service from another place. It was ok compared to the many experiences we had in the past [(late 1990's to early 2000's)-made about 27 purchases with USA (was GCO when we started) and services in that time].
It is so sad this place has gone to such a dark place.
