I went to this Shop to see if they could repair two of my purses. I had called before hand, just to ask if they could do so; since I know that their area of expertise is shoe repair. the lady that answered the phone, told me that yes, they did. I took my purses to her and told her what I needed done. one needed new handles, since the current ones were barely hanging on by a thread. the other one, just needed a cleaning. she asked for a deposit, which I gave her and dropped off my bags. she calls me two-three days later and tells me that my bags are ready. I finally went to pick them up, and I was beyond horrified at the work that she did. on the first bag, that needed new handles, she basically grabbed a piece of stretchy black material and sewed it on. she did not replace the old handles, but instead ripped it, and sewed in the piece of stretchy material. oh, did I mention that my purse, still had the needle inside? the needle that she used to sew that in! worst experience ever!!!!!!!
