Northside has failed to offer trustworthy services. Individuals are subjected to unreliable drug testing, twice the testing has suggested a positive reading and one has been proved to be an error on their behalf after being sent to another laboratory, still waiting on the newest false positive to be disputed. I feel it unjust to individuals who may require drug testing due to work related injuries whom may have a valid claim with workers compensation who are denied do to improper handling. I was apologized to the first time this was corrected after being subjected to judgemental looks from office staff and other patrons over hearing the conversation due to poor privacy and the discussion being held in the lobby, which is a hippa violation, we are due private conversation regarding matters. Will file with Better Business however Northside is not accredited, not a pleasant encounter very disheartening.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff here is rude and don't care about helping their patients at all. They treat you like a number instead of as a person and could care less about creating a welcomed atmosphere. If you ask a question to the staff or office manager, you will be replied to with eye rolling and disrespect. Their hours are false and they will quit taking patients whenever they feel like it. Even though they are an urgent care and walk-ins are allowed, you will be turned away. They do not explain things well and I feel bad for the doctors who seem nice that work there. The office staff makes this clinic unbearable to endure

My mother and father are both patients with Northside Urgent Care and have been since 2009. Dr. Ferguson is absolutely amazing. The problem with the clinic is that the staff is rude and less then helpful. They had a P.A. on staff who misdiagnosed my mother not once, not twice, but three times. He almost caused her to die. Her illness was so severe, she had a massive stroke and is now wheelchair bound and may loss her legs. The carelessness of this clinic is inexcusable. They do not take your health seriously. They are now withholding medicine from my mother. I do not recommend this clinic and suggest you go to Dr. Ferguson's clinic in Hope Mills.

Terrible new office manager. They lie about charges for self pay patients. The office manager is rude and ghetto. Good luck with getting simple refills!

I had Clancy at the Fayetteville VA and since he left the replacements have been only so so I have on several occasions paid out of pocket for care I should have gotten free at VA to see him because he truly cares and ensure you get the care you need instead of the rush in rush out care most give.

This is an excellent clinic. They always take care of me whenever I come and it's very wait time.

I experienced a workplace accident - fortunately acquired no serious injuries; however, I did suffer low back pain and knee pain from a fall. Not being certain of whether I needed medical care, I contacted my human resource dept., and together, we decided 4 days later than I needed to at least be checked out by a physician. I did file a workers' comp. incident report immediately. I was given the name of an authorized physician (which happened to be Medex Urgent Care on Owen Dr. in Fayetteville NC). I went there on the 4th day and was ever so disappointed by the unprofessional attitude and service that I received so I left untreated. The next day I called my H.R. rep. and she sought approval for me to visit a different facility. I went online and read the previous reviews about this clinic and decided to go.The Northside clinic was highly effective in treatment, courtesy and great time management. I would recommend this clinic. The staff was great!

I have visited this clinic twice and my husband several times. The wait is never too long but it is worth it. This doc really cares and is compassionate with a great bedside manner.He listens and completes a thorough exam no matter what the complaint. He also is compassionate when you hurt. He found my husband had an enlarged heart and needed further treatment. There are not any urgent care centers that I have ever been to that gave me treatment like a care provider I would pick for myself. He manages to take time out for everyone! Even when they are busy. That is really important to me.The staff is friendly and I don't get another bill in the mail claiming my insurance didn't pay like some other local urgent care centers. For me, I want the cost to be over with and no surprises because they sometimes end up on your credit if over looked.
