While visiting in the area, I became quite ill. Unfamiliar with medical assistance here, I looked for a walk in style urgent care. I used the NextCare WAHOO service (Wait At Home Or Office) to book a time and was given a text message when to arrive. Within the hour I got a text advising me to come in. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by "George" . He could not have been any nicer and was very helpful ensuring my documentation was correct. 10 minutes later ."Amanda" came out and brought me in to the exam room for screening. Shortly there after, PA-C Kerry Clancy came in and was incredibly thorough. "Sarah" assisted me through some testing that went very efficiently. A short time later I was back at the front desk and heading out the door with all my documentation.

Very rarely do medical facilities get reviewed. I must say using the WAHOO as opposed to walking in and getting on line was very helpful.

The staff at this location is top notch, very professional and very understanding.

Called for appointment was told to come in at 1230. Came in they say we have no appt you must have been scheduled by the call center.states it is a new system apparently it does not work for someone e in Arizona to schedule appt in fayetteville nc. It is 130 and we are still waiting. Meanwhile other people are being seen who came in after us. Never come back here. I known have to wait anywhere but told u have appt then see everyone else first. My money will go somewhere else!#!

update to -5 stars..my son's orthopedic doctor is over an hour outside of Fayetteville due to workmans comp, so when my son was in so much pain and winter storm warnings he went back to Nextcare because they are the nearest doctor for workmans comp they could see he was in pain and unable to work and they REFUSED TO SEE HIM because he was under the care of another doctor. MAJOR ISSUES HERE

-5 stars... run somewhere else.. my son was rear ended by a tractor trailer while at work. They didn't take x-rays saying they used the ER x-ray. They sent him back to work after 2 days. After 5 more very painful visits to NextCare and using all his holiday and sick days to cover the days he had to take off due to the pain over 23 days they finally sent him to an orthopedic doctor who did do x-ray and found a BULGING DISK AND PINCHED NERVE... I would not take my worst enemy to these fools

New to the area and needed an after hours clinic ASAP. After reading the previously posted reviews, I was skeptical, but this was the only after hours care I found open in the area. I was pleasantly surprised - very caring staff and attentive to my needs. Although there was not an empty chair in the waiting room, I was seen in just a little over an hour! Seemed to be knowledgable of all insurance types, (including Tricare) as I did not observe any other patients having any problems. I will definitely use Nextcare again if the need arises.
