This is Danny Miller . Working there over thirty years .In reply to review I told him if the cyl was nickle sealed it would mess it up but he said just hone it anyway. It will be fine for him he said he just wants to install rings . Done it for him as he waited .

One star might be too generous. They may do good work but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I brought them a motorcycle cylinder to hone and specifically asked if they could hone a cylinder that was plated without damaging it. They said they could. Granted they only charged me $10 to do it.. bit when I took the cylinder back to the guys at Fayetteville powersports they said that the cross hatching on the cylinder was so deep it cut through the plating. So I called the guys at motor parts and machine to attempt to tell them the issue and see if they could help fix the problem. Before I could even finish politely explaining the problem they got defensive and told me "well you got what you got!" "we did what you asked" so now I'm having to spend several hundred dollars to ship out my cylinder to have it stripped, re-plated, and honed. Wish I would have just made the drive to Raleigh to have it honed by one of the bigger bike shops instead of costing myself the extra headache and money.
