Only cares about collecting 10% commission. Does not follow up with eviction. Tenant hasn't paid in two months. Keeps telling us a different story each time we call. Will file a complaint with the real estate commission.

At 7 weeks in to this year lease, we are still waiting on initial repairs to be completed. We are unsure at this point when or if our requests will be fulfilled.



UPDATE:

AFTER ONLY 5 MONTHS We broke the lease due to the poor conditions of the property. Bob, the main decision maker at the reality company allowed us out of the lease. Still, he wanted to collect rent for time not spent in the home, place a sign out front, retain the deposit, and promised money reimbursed. After such faulty agreements from the beginning we did not fall for this. We moved into a wonderful place in the same neighborhood.



We intend to put a complaint against the company eventhough we have moved because we feel strongly that this landlord not only fails to takes good care of the tenant, but also neglects to correspond with the owners of the home about the true state of the property.
