This is the most unprofessional business I have ever done business with. DO NOT get a membership here. They basically steal your money for months. They refused to cancel my membership for several months after I became unable to use it. Could not get a manager on the phone or to call me back. When I finally got a manager to contact my (by email no less, didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call) Shawna said my membership would finally be canceled bUT refused to refund the months of services they had stolen from me in the meantime. Their staff is unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Absolute worse place in Fayetteville to go to for a massage. My wife and I received a membership and 12 massages from a family member in another state. We haven't been able to use all of our massages this year and they informed us that if we would like to use our "pre-paid" massages, we would need to pay an additional charge or else they will expire. Seriously? They are already paid for? Plus, the massages are mediocre at best, the staff acts like you are a nuisance whenever you show up and to think of it, I can't think of one thing that is above average or even stands out as a "you know, I like that about them" type of service. Spend your money elsewhere!
