Worst service I've ever experienced. I'm having my trucks motor rebuilt and my mechanic sent it to jacksons to only have the motor pulled out, and it's been sitting there for 3 weeks. They haven't done anything as when I call to ask when they'll even start on it he lies to me an says he'll start on it tomorrow. I drive by every day on my way to work. So j know if he has started in it. I HATE being lied to. It's been a total of 5 weeks since he has picked up my truck and it's going into week 6. Still isn't done. I told him I needed it by the weekend, he told me he would have it done and yet again, he lied. Worst customer service I've ever had.

For auto repair and service these guy's are the best around. I highly recommend jackson's to anyone needing suto repair or service. They are reasonbly priced and offer excellent service.
