Go somewhere else to shop there are other places you can go such as tractor supply or other western stores, or order online. Manager doesnt know how to run a business by allowing her employees to be rude to customers and on top of that know nothing of horses. I went it and asked a couple questions on a bit and was told i shouldnt be asking this if i knew anything of horses. I knew the correct answer but couldnt decide if the bit i was looking at was one i wanted to use or if i should try something else. I wouldnt shop here and dont recommend anyone else to shop at horse world. There are better places out there
