VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

My wife and I went to this store to purchase a dining room table and chairs and couch and love seat. The price was decent and we received our furniture on the scheduled delivery date. However, we had a problem with our chairs and some of the legs not touching the floor. We contacted the manager who said he would order us 6 new chairs. When the chairs were brought out they were the wrong color to match the table. We were told that we would get the chairs the next week but 2 weeks later we were still waiting with not even a call from the store. I called again to speak to the manager regarding the whereabouts of my chairs. This was followed by a trip to the store and a demand for a partial refund. I was told that I would receive my chairs the next day with a small portion of the money I paid back. Now 2 days later all I'm getting is more of the same no chairs, no money, no service!

Good Furniture, Poor Customer Service

We purchased a bedroom set form this furniture store and love the quality of it. However, the footboard was damaged upon arrival. The gentlemen who delivered and set up our furtniture called it in, took pictures and we were told that a new footboard would be ordered and delivered to replace the damaged one. Well, it's been over 2 months with multiple calls and visits, yet still no news on the replacement footboard yet. We love the prices and the quality of the furniture, just feel we should be treated better as customers, especially because we might have come back for other rooms, but now we're unsure.

Wrong Delivery Address and Non Set Up

I Purchased a bedroom and living room set from Mike Long and coordinated a delivery and set up time for the furniture. My furniture was delivered to the wrong address and it was not set up! I was contracted for delivery and set-up, I was told by Mike Long that set-up was done. That was a lie I rented a truck and moved the furniture myself. The furniture was still in boxes so it was not set up. I called the store repeatedly to speak to Mr. Lee the owner I left several messages for him to return my calls without response. I've purchased furniture from "High Point Furniture for over 15 years. Having to relocate the furniture myself and pay for a rental truck I will never shop there again. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Extremely poor customer service.

Not satisfied AT ALL

My wife and I found a great living room set at this store for a decent price. We talked to the salesman, and after telling him we wanted to put it on layaway, he said he would order our living room set brand new - so we would have our furniture straight out of the box, instead of having the display models.Almost a month later, we paid off the furniture, and scheduled for a delivery date 3 days later. While waiting at my house the day of the delivery, I get a call from them saying that our furniture had a tear in it, so we wouldn't be getting the furniture until he ordered us a brand new set.I went up there, asking why we weren't getting the brand new furniture that was promised in the first place, and he told me that the price I paid was for the floor model, and that he was doing ME a favor by ordering new furniture. Now I have to way 3-6 weeks for my furniture..again.
