Goodluck-terriblecommunication!

I was wanting fireplace cleaned, inspected. I had an appointment, which they changed. Second appointment they called at 7:30AM and cancelled until a Saturday. i waited ALL DAY Saturday for them to call or show up - nothing. I have never heard from them again. Three appointments - all no-shows! I have called SEVEN times to get them to reschedule - nothing. Good luck getting any work out of these people.
