I was at my wits-end looking for employment. I called Express and spoke with Monica who immediately found an opening that fit my skillset. She got me an interview for an admin position at Cape Fear Valley Hospital tye very next day. She called me immediately after my interview to see how it went. The man that interviewed me told me it would be 2 weeks before a decision would be made. She told me she was going to give him an hour to think about it before she she started calling him. I got a call from her less than 2 hours later to congratulate me on my new position! I have been working there almost 2 months and just became a full-time employee. Without Monica's determination to serve, I would have been broke and homeless. Thnak you, Monica. Words can not begin to EXPRESS my gratitude! You are truly amazing!

I had been with this company off & on for six years. At my last employer with them, I was dumped because the supervisor of the job I was working at did not like me. Mind you, I worked at this location for 1 1/2 years & had just received a pay raise. Express didn't want to hear what I had to say and believed the lying supervisor! Express doesn't care about their employees, it's all about the money with them & they would rather hang on to those dollars with their clients rather than take a stand for what's right! So sad, so sad...but reaping time is coming!!!!

Was working through Express for a company doing a good job for the company, had a disagreement with the Express staff over not giving me a direct deposit in with a packet of papers that were unneeded (unlike the direct deposit) that was given to me when hired. And they called and let me go on my answering machine, didn't even have the "boobs" (since it was women) to do it in person!
