It's November and cold outside. This company had us wait for a week before installing our new unit. Customer service is a big zero, we constantly got the same answer; unit hasn't arrived yet, we don't know when it will arrive, we don't know when we will install it.The fact that we have children and medication in the house didn't seem to interest these so called professionals. There are plenty of other hvac companies in fayetteville nc, don't waste your time or money with these clowns!

Deon Arnold Service company has serviced my Heating unit for years, They even replaced mine and other members in my family. Always can trust their judgement in making repairs. Wonderful people. Knowing when the heat goes out or AC you have them to get to you quickly is a wonderful feeling!!! Would and I do always recommend them.

Mr Arnold gives top notch heat pump service at a fair price. He backs his work with guarantees most other repairmen don't. I am very impressed with the service and work ethic of Deon Arnold Heating and Air, and highly recommend him.
