This place is a joke. Waited two hours to be seen. Then the prescriptions were not sent. To the pharmacy. Two days no prescriptions. If u don't have cash, credit, or private insurance. EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH.

TERRIBLE. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They are CROOKS.During a surgery the Surgeon had to call in Dr. Mansfield to check my vocal cords. Took 5 minutes and they Billed my insurance as a Surgery charging over $2,000 then still billed me for over $150.THEY LIE, RIP off their clients saying they did 1 procedure but NEVER DID. If you go to them call your insurance and re-check what they billed them as.My procedure was a throat-scope that took 5 minutes and they billed it as SURGERY.DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They are CROOKS.Now...I have to take them to court, thankfully I have all my paperwork showing the procedure they did was a 5 minute check after surgery and HAD NOTHING to do with SURGERY!!!

My 1 and a half yr old saw Dr Friederichs for ear tubes in March last yr 2011. He was a awesome Doctor and very compassionate and knowledgeable I would recommended him and his staff with any one needing help.
