We had cabinets installed by Brock in 2014 and I have contacted Bob at Brock cabinets regarding my dissatisfaction. He made it clear that he will not take responsibility to the inferior work at his company. 1. The bar in our kitchen is 46 inches instead of the standard 42 inches. When I went to Brock to talk with Bob about the bar being too tall he said that my husband specifically requested the height. My husband is 5’8” and he did not ask for such a tall bar. This is absolutely untrue. When our guests sit at the bar it hits them at about shoulder level. It is very uncomfortable to eat at the bar. Bob was very condescending and he told me to get taller stools. 2. I specifically asked Bob, our designer, not to put brackets under the bar that protrude. I told him that I was concerned about the brackets protruding at knee level. I have been to many friends homes and bumped my knee on their bar brackets. Bob convinced me that the brackets he recommended would not hit at the knee level. I trusted his judgment since he is a designer. The brackets that he installed have been the cause of several of our guests bumping their knees. I have also bumped my knees on them several times. I took pictures of me sitting in the bar stool showing that the bracket protrudes and hits directly at the knee level. When I showed the pictures to Bob he accused me of lifting my knee up to meet the bracket. He humiliated and degraded me in the lobby of the showroom. 3. The brackets are not supporting the granite bar. There is a 0.4 cm gap between the granite and the top of the bracket. If someone leans on the granite it could potentially crack. Brock has not responded to my concern after I talked with Bob. 1. Lower the bar to 42 “2. Replace the brackets so they don’t hit the knee area as previously requested. 3. Replace the brackets so that the granite is fully supported.

This company has very little knowledge on hone design, so if you are looking someone to help you design a Kitchen that will be useful you better go elsewhere. I have zero knowledge on how to design cabinets so I relied on Brock's for help. They designed my kitchen to only include 1 drawer! Who only needs one drawer in there kitchen??? Ridiculous! There was also a mix up in the color of our countertops. What we received was not what we ordered, not to mention it was damaged. They told us we would have to find a way to bring it back ourselves that they would not send someone out there to pick it up if we wanted a refund. The owner is very obnoxious and clearly knows very little about customer service. You would think after someone spends $10,000 in there store they would show courtesy. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company.

Hindsight is 20/20. I wish I could go back in time so I would never have to do business with these people again. Poor service and poor customer service! I do not recommend going to this company for anything.

Brock Cabinets is my only choice when it comes to the kitchen and baths for my houses. Brock has the ability to maximize my clients budgets and the expert installations are outstanding. Thank you Brock for providing excellent service and cabinetry!

I purchased a home that had a home warranty that included cabinets purchased from Brock Cabinets. I notified them to come and check some issues that I had. They sent out a service man to check some doors. The service man was great, and started to replace some doors. After a few doors were installed, I noticed a big difference in the color, or a big difference in the stain. The installer told me to contact the service department and they could arrange a time to come back and fix it. After a lot of discussion and three years later.. I still have a multi colored cabinets with no end in sight. The smiles turn into closed doors and a lack of customer service after your money has been taken.

Absolute best cabinet company to deal with!!! I just remodeled my kitchen and they did an fabulous job! From the designing to the installation there are no complaints here!!! Definitely my #1 recommendation!!!!

Brock has great employees and service. They were prompt,professional, and friendly. Cabinets are great quality and beautiful.

Brock Cabinets replaced my kitchen counters with Granite. I love them!!! The price was the lowest I found and the service was professional and timely. Also, I had them redo my Hall Bath cabinetry and counter tops. I highly recommend them.

The kitchen cabinet doors in my home were bought from Brock's by the builder around 12 years ago. They have a white vinyl material covering the wood design and over the years and a few grandchildren, the material has becomechipped and torn around the edges. I removed the worst door and brought it to the store as directed by calling them the previous day. After their inspecting, measuring and basically looking over the door, I am told that they do not handle that size door anymore and also are getting out of the white "vinyl" door business was one of their objectives. They were polite about it, but told me to contact another cabinet company and maybe they could help me. I don't understand what the door size had to do with getting a new door or doors, being that they can cut any size door in the factory I would think. I left disappointed after researching who made the cabinets and then finding the mfg. locally cannot handle a replacement of their own product. Of course, they were availab
