Awesome!

Tish and her staff did an awesome job. They were so helpful and courteous. I had about 30 something windows and they were done in about 2 hours. They saved me so much time! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great Experience

Tisha worked around my work schedule and was very understanding to my needs. She went above and beyond to get the job done! I am thoroughly satisfied with my blinds and they look so beautiful in my house! Tish and her team were awesome!

Tish Libby (owner) will gladly Take Your Money and then Forget About YOU!!

Tish Libby (owner) is a dishonest, greedy, and lazy salesman who cares not about her customers and providing them the quality service that they pay for.You better hope that there are no errors in your orginial order because after Tish Libby has your money, consider yourself on the bottom of her priority list if you have any errors or issues with your shades/blinds.She'll continually tell you that she is 'here for you' and 'going to fix it' but I spent over 14 months, 9 visits to my house, and well over 40 hours trying to get Tish to follow through with her words. She will lie to you and tell you want you want to hear, but has no follow through or integrity. I placed an order of shades that cost me over $2500. The first order showed up a week after she promised and over 75% of the order was wrong. It took over 5 weeks to get the next order to my house and still there were errors. Another 3 months went by before the order was in my house according to the original contract.Then everything started falling apart! I had 2 valances just pop off their mount and crash to the ground. And I had an entire 7 foot wide shade crash to the ground. With every failure of her shades, Tish took over 2 months to come and fix the shades.Tish won't take any responsibility for her abominable service and will place ALL blame on her manufacturer. She offered me a new set of shades for another room in our house as compensation for all of our troubles, but in true fashion, did not follow through with her words. The first shade that showed up was the wrong size. Her workers drilled holes in my window frame before even checking the shade to be the correct length. Months passed, and she never fixed that order. Eventually, after another valence fell I prompted Tish again for some sort of compensation to actually be fulfilled. She told me she had placed another order and that it had arrived at her office, but come to find out, after another 5 weeks of waiting, the order was never fulfilled because the manufacturer no longer held the material in stock. Tish lied and had never followed up to make sure the order was successfully received. As a last minute attempt to satisy me, the customer, Tish placed another order of shades with a different comparable material. Every one of the 3 shades were deficient. Two valences were cut incorrectly for the placement of the cord. Her workers then used plyers to cut the valence correctly. One shade was 8 inches too narrow - unsalvagable. Another valence's material was glued extremely wrinkly. Again they left my house with the deficient order and I was left with holes in my window frames.After 14 months with one disappointment after another with Tish Libby's terrible service, I turned down waiting for another questionable order of shades as compensation and asked that she reimburse me monetarily for all my time wasted, poor service, crappy shades and damages done to my house.Tish Libby refused to provide me any money back for her awful service.Do not trust Tish Libby and do not give her your money!

Great service!!!!

When I made the appointment for my blinds to be installed, the set time was 3:00pm. The guys arrived at EXACTLY 3:00 and were very professional. They made sure I understood everything about the blinds and even gave me some cleaning Tips!! GREAT BLINDS and GREAT SERVICE!!

Stay away from this place. They are not the most expensive or the cheapest so you’re out nothing by going somewhere else. Keep in mind as you read this I had 11-windows, a patio door. 2 of the windows in the boys’ rooms we wanted "black out cell shades" just like the Sleep Study Center. I explained the edges had to have rails to keep ALL light out.



I got 3 estimates from local dealers; Blinds Plus came in at the middle to high end. After an obscene 1st quote they dropped the price by $600 and I should have realized if they HAD any customer service/job satisfaction that would be the $600 they dropped. The initial estimate you get a good vibe. She sounds like they know what they are doing, it was down hill after that. I hounded them to find out when my blinds were coming in every inch of the way. They told me initially 2 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the first week as I was in the store dropping the check off, I was told a shipment was going to be in this Friday and it might be ours. At the end of the 3rd week with no word from them I called and was told one more week. 10 more days and I am calling and asking what is the problem. I was told they would be in Friday. I called back to find out if they came in the following week and was told they needed to schedule. You should of SCHEDULED last week knowing they were going to be in. Regardless of what time/date I told her (we have 2 kids under 2, nap times) we always were subjected to her schedule then why ask!!!! I would say before 10 am and she would call and say another job is running late and it will be 12 that turned in to 2pm and naptime was in full swing. The blinds came in (minus the black out shades) and were hung in about an hour. 3/4 of an inch was the biggest gap on 4 out of 11 windows. They were so bad you could see the window on the side of the blinds. The guy hanging them told me to call the office. He would not answer if he thought that was okay. He tried to tell me that the windows were out of plum. I measured them and 1 out of 11 windows were a little out by ¼ inch. ****Now you will be told they will have a 1/4 inch on each side and an 1/8'' give or take for the blade cutting as the machine is not calibrated every time. **** She tried to tell me the 1/4 inch plus the 1/8 each side and “BAM” you have almost 3/4 of an inch. Not happening. I PAID FOR CUSTOM BLINDS. Not a good batting average. I put half down to order and the half was due when the job was done. She tried many times to get the rest of the money before the cell shades were installed. The shades came in and were the wrong style. Not having a good feeling so far I kept the balance due. Cell shades came in and she had the audacity to put drip edge…..drip edge people as the groves and told me that is what the supplier sent her. I asked the installer if he knew what drip edge is used for. He said it was what he was told to do. Oh yea he spray-painted the scuffmarks on the drip edge in front of the house before install. After they were complete I told the installer to take them out and he started to “talk back” as he was frustrated, I am frustrated and if I am going to be unhappy then I am going to hold nothing back. The drip edge left jagged, sharp edges on the inside of the windows. I have already mentioned these are for the boy’s room and the windows are almost to the floor. I spent $2,000 and I expect nothing less than perfect. SO another 2 weeks and the supplier sent her the right size channeling and they came back. The shades I was told would relax and fall to the bottom and block the light out. It has been 4 weeks and the shades have still not relaxed. I contacted her and was told she would contact the supplier, that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from her. There is so much light coming in around the edges that we had to install black out curtains in both rooms. Stay away from them. It is not worth the hassle.

I used them to install blinds throughout my new home. They did that in a very timely manner by beating me to my new home from my closing to install them . Almost two years later I had a couple of blinds that had issue and I informed the owner Tish and she was helpful and had someone out to replace them. She called and checked back in with me to see if I was satisfied and I appreciated that.

Bad Customer Service

In the initial visit with to the business, my spouse and I were quite satisfied with the answers we were getting and the products we saw. During the day of our installation, we were told that the blinds we ordered did not all come in and they would return to install the rest. After not being contacted or called for 1 week about the next installation date, I called and never could get a solid date or time, also my spouse and I have since been given the run around and a ton of excuses as to reason the install can't be done. It has been 1 month since we had the first installation and I still can't get a call back or a straight answer when I do get a hold of anyone! After reading other reviews on this particular business, I don't know why anyone would ever shop here! They are living up to their worst reviews! I'm very disappointed with Blinds Plus and I will not be recommending their business to anyone I know!

Happy in Autryville

I was looking for Roman Shades for about 6 months with no success. The last straw was when I found the blinds that I liked at Lowe's Hdw, but they were not on sale. Then I went to J.C. Penny's, found the very same shades and they were supposedly 60% off. I gave the clerk the dimensions and her quote was higher than Lowe's Hdw, mind you the shades were not even on sale there. I was so disheartend that I just gave up. A few days later, I decided to go on line on dexknows.com to see if there was any other businesses and found Blinds Plus. Best thing I ever did. They had the same shades, came out to my house to measure (free of charge) the SAME day and within 3 weeks my shades were installed. By the way, even their installer was very knowledgeble and helpful. Thanks Blinds Plus for your great work and staff! Also, thanks for advertising on Dexknows.com, too!

This company has great customer service. Everything that Trish told me she came through with. If you are looking for a dependable company look no further. I highly recommend this company. Because if I 'm a sticker for anything its customer service. This company should be your first choice.Anthony

Best Blinds Ever

As a military spouse I have moved 7 times in the past 19 years and these are by far the absolute best blinds I have ever had! The owner truly shows southern hospitality and is very professional and polite. The blinds have been all I have hoped for and more. The installers did a superb job as well. I have had these blinds for 5 years and they still look perfect. (I did have to get one repaired due to a naughty puppy and this was handled very quickly.) If you need blinds, look no further. This is the place for you!

BEWARE

Tish, the owner, is a lier. She will lie to you about anything dealing with blinds just to get your business. Please do not purchase anything from her. Better yet, run as fast as you can!!!!!

Buyers Beware!

Despite being a BBB this company does not meet these standards. An order was placed based on our builder HNR's recommendation and the blinds were not delivered on time and to date (4 months later) services and products have not been delivered. Beware of false promises this company might state as they have a statement on their receipt to cover themselves when the product is not delivered on time. Also when one inquiries about the lateness of the products they will simply ignore you.
