I bought a new Lincoln 256 welder got home and didn't have the right adapter for the spool . Called Monday morning spoke to the manager he took care of everything . I've been a customer for a few years now and Welsco has always gone above and beyond the other welding shops .

I called this business to rent some helium, and unfortunately found out that there is a shortage right now, and since I didn't have an account, I wouldn't be able to; however, the gentleman that I spoke with was so friendly and helpful that I was still glad that I called! It's rare to get such a nice customer service answer, especially when it's to tell you that they can't help you with the product. I appreciated the kindness and the good advice!
