I love this place, everyone tries to make you feel so at home and welcome. They treat their clients like kings and queens! A glass of wine with my Pedi and Mani! YES PLEASE! Plus there is not a day they are not open and they are open until 8PM. Julie is amazing and so is her staff. I highly recommend A Great Escape.

High prices for low quality work! I was disappointed at both my haircut and color on two different occasions with 2 different people. One time they didn't even rinse all the color out from the hair at the back of my neck because it was wet and sticky when I reached back there on the way home (this is after a "blow dry" too)! Very disappointed!

The team at the Great Escape Spalon is the BEST around. Their services are excellent and if you are not satisfied with any service, they will make sure you are happy before you leave. While you are there, they pamper you with your favorite drink of choice, food, snacks and good conversation. You will be impressed upon your first visit and you can't wait until you return. The staff are personal, but very professional and they treat their clients very well and the costs are very reasonable. Since first going to the Spalon, 2 years ago, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our haircuts, nails, reflexology, massage or hair color. Looking forward to the new oxygen bar that is coming soon too. Once you go to the Spalon, you won't want to go anywhere else for your beauty needs!

I've been going for a year an a half. It is surprising that we have something of so much variety and quality in our small town like A Great Escape. Best thing is it is affordable, so you can actually afford to go. There is an aray of services to choose from and they are great at everything. My friends and I are picky about our hair but we are in good hands here and enjoy coming here for girls day, it definetly beats driving to a bigger city to have less done for more money. We always look forward to coming to A Great Escape.

I went in for a haircut, and told them exactly what I wanted. Not only did I not get the haircut I wanted, but the cutter left a long, uncut fringe under the back of my head, about 3 inches long. This was very sloppy, bad work.
