Go somewhere else. Feller is irresponsible and violated HIPAA for years.

They consistently and repeatedly failed to adhere to best clinical practices. They failed (refused) to answer my questions about what was happening with my child while he was there. I think they made our situation worse, not better. And we moved on to other options.

Furthermore, it took 2.5 years and a Federal investigation to force Feller to finally release the records of my child's care to me. (Feller Behavioral Health violated HIPAA for years)
