I called Rio Grande Travel in Farmington, New Mexico to inqure about some airline tickets. They were very rude and even laughed at me when I asked them to send me some information. They stated that they usually only did tours for couples despite the fact that other members of my family has used this agency to book single tickets and were very satisfed. I however was unimpressed with their attitude and would not reccommend using Rio Grande Travel.
