Hired to replace rain gutters. The job was a disaster. Every joint leaked and every downspout adapter leaked. Bill came back twice to fix leaks and each time the leaks continued. Even though he stated there was a one year warranty we decided after two callbacks to fix the leaks ourselves. He cut round holes for oblong adapters and left up tp 3/8" gaps between the joints. Additionally, there were cigarette butts thrown all over property and neither one of us smoke. Needless to say we will never use this service again.
