Went in to install a CD player. Not only did they have excellent labor rates, they had awesome customer service and read my check engine light to alert me of my coolant temp sensor! Now my car starts 200% better! 1 stop shop

Worst place ever! Took 4 weeks to install a sensor that could have been next day aired. Lied to my husband about what was taking so long. Then when it was finally ready it was conveniently broken into with all valuable missing or broken. Do yourself a favor and don't take your car to these thugs.

Went to look at a vehicle they had for sale. Was there for 30mins with no help employees were very rude. Had they helped me and been nice I would have purchased the vehicle. Have had tinting done in the past by them both times tint peeled and had to return to have them fix. They tried to charge more than quoted price. Will not be returning ever again. Beware

Worst experience ever. Speakers installed for 140 (was quoted 120 as I had harness/brackets/etc already). 1 out of 4 speakers was not near as loud/crisp as other 3. Called and explained issue and was asked to come back next day. Came back next day and was asked by first tech "why did you come back if you don't even understand if issue is related to bad hardware vs bad install," I wasn't listening in ideal listening spot by 2nd tech, and I was playing games by 3rd tech since I expected left and right speakers to sound similar (exact same model). eventually they found out I was right about speaker not sounding like others (bad speaker), but was offered no apology or refund since I didn't buy speakers from them. I didn't expect a refund, but didn't expect to be harassed by 3 techs either. These guys are worthless punks. Walk into the store and talk to them for 1 minute if you don't believe me.
