I have been by the shop a few times. Some of the friendliest and down to earth folks I have met in North Dakota.Always willing to take the time and talk about the bikes. Unlike some dealers I have come across that just want your cash and usher you out the door. If you haven't bought a bike or serviced by them. You should really check them out!!

Found the bike we had been searching for at a reasonable price. Very attentive to our needs in processing in the financing with the lender they had recommended. Timely. Friendly. Knowledgeable!

I've had good dealings with Triumph of Fargo. Dealership name is now Indian Triumph of Fargo, used to be Ma's Cycles; new building and location, too. Nice crew of people. Great service guys who know their stuff and all are riders. They even have a dyno available.

Absolutely terrible. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.They are very unprofessional and disorganized to put it nicely. I was told by their service department that my bike would be picked up to be serviced 4 different times. Each appointment was missed without even as much as a phone call. When I called to inquire there always seemed to be a different excuse. Just as reference I have been patronizing this business for years. The quality has absolutely plummeted since the business was was bought out.

They treat me like I bought 1 of everything but lost their best employees after their 1st year.
