Undisclosed fees

Be aware, if you call before you dig and Ferrell comes to mark your gas lines, you will be charged! No one told us that there was a fee until after the work was completed and we were charged $200! When I called them, they said they were a private company and always charged. We had 6 companies mark our yard, 3 of them private and they were the only ones that had a charge. Poor customer service!
