It is a full-service dealer of Toyota forklifts in its various locations in Fargo, N.D.; Bismarck, N.D.; Billings, Mont.; Omaha, Neb.; Rapid City, S.D.; and Sioux Falls, S.D. F-M Forklift is also a full-service dealer of Crown Lift Trucks in Fargo, Billings and Bismarck. Organized in 1970, F-M Forklift Sales & Service initially served as a partnership between Alvin B. Carlson and Leo Overby with the purpose of repairing forklifts and related equipment. The company expanded into sales and rental of equipment soon thereafter.
