Bad service! I stood in the lobby for 30 min and nobody acknowledge. They changed my tires and now my car is shaking after I reach 50-60 mph so it looks like they didn't balance my tires. The WORST thing happened, they stole all my cash from my car (around $20-25 in singles). This is unacceptable! I told to everyone just to make sure nobody would use their service ever!

The worst store I have ever shopped at. The also have the worst return policy!! I went all the way to the store manager with no assistance. Don't waste your time with the store manager Cliff, he is no help at all



I will never shop here (or any other Sears/KMart for that matter) ever again!!
