My experience at this school was awful. The director/spa owner was very rude and brash, always tardy and a thief. Many of the other students had worse things to say in regard to her teaching and administration qualities. More than the fact that she over charged her students and installed multiple hidden fees, she was very unsanitary. She was also dishonest with her customers at her spa, by letting them believe professionals were providing them with services when they were actually students, yet she charged the clients professional rates. If I could have it my way this woman would be shut down.
