Rude serviced coupled with sarcasm and disdain for our veterans. Tour overseas spawned a need for specific alterations to my bicycle. These specifications have previously proved successful and feasible, at a cost which I was willing to pay for. Ownership mockingly suggested I invest in a wheelchair. My free time is extremely limited, therefore I regret spending my time at Bike club.

I will NEVER go back to this shop. I witnessed very erratic and destructive behavior from the owner who wreaks of alcohol and cigarettes. He was throwing a tantrum and cursing in front of a shop full of customers who all left. I soon followed suit, but not before being insulted by this pervy old man Phuc Pham. He made some very inappropriate comments against me. I am a Christian woman so I know better than to take it personal.
