I have never been mocked for my hearing loss anywhere from anybody, especially in a business. I thought it was a one time deal, but when I went back to get more pool chemicals, the same employee mockingly asked how my hearing was. Maybe he is not as informed as anyone else as we all know there is no cure for deafness, but it is no excuse to continually mock someone with a disability. Even after mentioning my hearing loss was service related, the employee kept smirking. The worst part is that the owner sided with this employee not knowing about any other interactions.

Unlike the chain stores, Adolfo and Manny put time in with customer to explain options and provide expertise. They actually talked me out of more expensive products to ensure that I had the right product for my pool and situation.
