We called late one day and they were at our home the next morning as promised. We'd lost a large tree branch from a small storm. With a larger storm looming just hours away, they removed the entire tree as we were afraid it may fall into our girls' room during the storm. They were professional, kind, and careful climbing and cutting down this very old, large tree. We'd used them before, and will use them again.
