My brother's Mustang was hit, we took it to Wilson to have the body work done. He is in the military, so my mother and I have had to deal with this whole situation. I understand that good bodywork takes a while and I don't mind the wait. Its the service that I am complaining about...I have never dealt with so many inconsiderate people at a dealership. Upon asking the body technician about a projected date. He replied that he could not give me a specific date because if the car was not done, that I would call back "bitching" about that (even though I spoke to him calmly). After speaking with him I called the owner, who had no remorse for what the man said to me. He just simply said he was sorry about what the technician said. I will never deal with this dealership, and my family owns Fords. I strongly recommend that no one should go here for any type of service.
