J&S processing always did me right the two times I used them. Got ALL my meat back and was in great condition. Now that they have sold out to this Champion Meat Processing I well never go back. When I got my deer back I only got half the meat. One small box. They didn't get the smoked sausage I requested right and I had no hamburger or breakfast sausage as per request. When I confronted the lady about it she told me that a box busted in the back an that must have been my other box. It wasn't. The meat she was trying to give me had deer and buffalo hamburger in it along with pork breakfast sausage. I took a deer not a pig much less a buffalo in to be processed. When I did finally decide to cook some of the meat it was all rotten. The backstraps I had thawed out along with the still frozen meat. Very disappointed with there service. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB hoping to get some compensation I'm out on my deer hunt and meat.

DON'T USE THIS PROCESSOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! And if you did and had the same experience as I did please file with the BBB so there is proof on there record.

I had used J&S for 20 years and always did a great job at a fair price. This new Champion meat processing charged me $136.52 for a quartered deer only backstrap steaks and the rest burger. Thats 21/2 times the going rate!! I wont be back

this business Just changed owners now belongs to Brothers packing It now up to them to prove their worth

They do an excellent job. Very attentive to requests, meat processed accordingly (every time).
