On February 18, 2018 I drove to your dealership to buy a 2000 Santara 3602 KS. While I did buy it “AS IS”, before the sell we did a walk around. 3 times over 2 days I asked if the water system was going to be tested or was tested.
The 1st time, the day before the sell I asked if the water system was going to be tested. I was told that the unit would be taken in the garage area and be de-winterized, then re-winterized. The day of the sell I asked if the water system had been tested and re-winterized as it was going to be below freezing again. I was assured this was done, and everything was fine. Later I asked how the hot water tank tested out. Again, I was assured it was and it was fine.
On April 14, 2018 the outside temperature got above freezing and appears it will remain so, I took the RV to Winchester Camping World to have it de-winterized. In the compartment with all the water lines, valves, etc. it was found one line going to the outside shower was not hooked up and in fact had been cut, one or two valves (fill and use) were not usable, the winterize tube leaked. There was absolutely no way to use the water system, it was usable and could NEVER had been tested. Lie one. Was told it would cost over $350 to repair.

Asked if the leveling jack had been tested, was told yes. Later during the walk around asked about the hydraulics again, was told yes and instead of showing was pointed out the solenoid and how to release pressure if needed to retract. The left leveler has never came down even when I turned the unit to test. (Unknown of cost yet)
Was given keys and told they would lock everything including the main door. Nope, no key worked on that door. Had to special order a whole new lock assembly as the new ones would not fit. Bought and installed. Parts cost $125.00
I feel they knew I was going to be taking the unit out of state and just did not care just want off their lot.

I have more to say but limited to 2000 charterers.

I bought a new Summerland trailer on Thursday August 4th took it back for repair of power surge on Monday 8 Aug. They still have not started to repair as of 19th of Aug. Have called gen. Mgr. To explain the problem. Went to serv. Mgr. He said they would pull in and evaluat. It. I told him that they had done that on Monday the 8th and told him I told them to order the parts. On Tuesday the 18th was told that they would call and follow-up on parts. This is the 20th and still have not heard anything on the parts. Doth waste ur time or money with this company.

Horrible customer service, looking to buy new camper and not a single person asked if needed help. Also overheard a sevice person being very rude to a customer. So I took my $30,000 to holman with excellent service.
