The first time i went was ok. The tech i had left and I was with someone else. Their glasses for laser hair removal for me to wear were dirty and grimy, not sterile. The second tech I had left the room 2 times while i was getting a bikini treatment. This made me feel very uncomfortable opening the door while I was unclothed. The second treatment was not near as good as the first one I had. My advice, listen to your customers, respect their privacy and clean your rooms and tools. I have not returned. I went else where and they told me the first tech used the correct laser for my skin type and the second did not. First time my hair was away for 8 weeks, the second it didnt even fall out. Tried to contact owner but never got return calls. Not good business ethics!
