Eric and his receptionist (sorry we can’t remember her name) have been wonderful to work with. Eric has been very informative and easy to work with, understanding of our situation and helpful in every way. His receptionist has been very friendly and helpful in getting us appointments as needed.

Eric and Advanced Instruments Hearing Aid Center is absolutely amazing. Eric's level of genuine care for each customer is second to none. His skill in the industry just amazes me. My Grandmother had multiple failures with other audiologists and was convinced the appointment was a waste of time, but Eric was able to diagnose and help her in a very dramatic way. His knowledge of how to program each of the dizzying array of brands out there makes him valuable to anyone and everyone. His initial session is free so that he can prove his value before you have to pay a dime. Eric is the BEST!
