I called Vaccaro’s Tree Service because we have a vintage oak that is quite large and was in despite need of being trimmed. It also had two large limbs that hung over the neighbor’s house. My concern was that they might come down in a storm and it would turn into a big problem for everyone.

My experience working with the people at Vaccaro’s Tree Service was great. The office manager, Lisa answered the phone and was pleasant and helpful. She told me the owner, Chris, would be out the same day to take a look at it. He was and by the next morning I had a quote in my email box. It looked good and included their California Contractors number right on the proposal. That was important to me because tree work is very dangerous and that let me know I was working with professionals. I felt good about the whole thing and called Lisa back with the OK to proceed.

The job was booked and went without a hitch. The two limbs above the neighbor’s home were gone and the tree was trimmed to my complete satisfaction. They took all of the removed wood and leaves. It was great.

In addition to the oak, I had them remove 4 smaller redwood trees. I sprung that on them later after I remembered they could be dealt with at the same time. They changed the invoice modestly to reflect the added work and did that work too.

I highly recommend Vaccaro’s Tree Service because they are professional, prompt reasonably priced and did the job exactly as requested. Thank you all for the great work!
