Provided by YP.com(We're a local family who have visited most Louisville branches. I concur w/my kids' review!) I'm a nine-year-old girl, going into the 4th grade: This branch and the Main library are my favorites. The Fairdale library has a kids corner, an adult corner, a computer area, and kids' reading groups. You should go here because they have a lot of good books for kids! They have big, tall windows to let natural light in instead of using electricity. They have a reading nook that is shaped like an "L" and is small and comfy. I like it because it's small, closed-in and quiet. They have a smaller number of Chapter books than the Iroquois branch but better titles.
My six-year-old brother really likes this library because of the swivel chairs and the U-shaped chairs next to the big glass walls with comfy pillows! He likes the books because there are lots of Marvel and Star Wars books.
