So a while back I went there to have my teeth checked because I was having some pain and problems, and the recommended action was root canal. After they charged my insurance I've payed upwards of 3000$ on this one root canal and it still is not payed off completly, Not to mention the permanent crown the was placed on, broke recently, yes broke right in half. And I'm having other problems with my teeth now, So I called to make an appointment for them to fix my crown and check out my other teeth, but they said they would not give me an appointment because I had not payed off the first root canal. Even though the crown has a 5 year warrenty or so they said, They said they will not fix it. Dr. Tanner himself seems very nice, It's the staff thats rude and awful, the lady at the front will charge my bank account on Fridays knowing I have to pay rent and bills, even though I have a payment plan set up, The staff are awful people.
