My oldest son and I had taken our dog to another pet hospital prior to visiting Mercy Pet Hospital. OMG! The best! The entire staff was warm and very nurturing. Very professional, caring, and concerned staff. They were very interpersonal rather than impersonal. Thanks so much for everything considering the circumstance.

Personal experience with mercy pet hospital on tupelo.

I have been going to this vet for years, for basic exams and shots. I recently had my first experience which no one should have to go through.

I met with mercy yesterday dr Webb to discuss my concerns, I was left with finding out what they put in your pets records (which we don't get to see) can be and in my case was so many lies. They charted notes 10 days late of something they never told me to cover themselves, they have no record of me calling in multiple times, but I have screenshots of all my calls that day.

This is a long story made short but I almost lost my cat, please I only want to inform you to always ask for chart notes before you leave. Please do not find yourself victim.

Terrible service. I waited for an hour N finally doctor came in. He did not introduce himself, I did. He won't touch my dog, instead he bent his neck to look @ him. There was no examination done @ all. I was so disappointed N left D room. D weight of my dog was read wrong. I had a coupon N as I was leaving, @ D exit door receptionist claimed D coupon, so I gave it to her. Doctor called my home N he did not apologize, instead, he wanted me to make another appointment. He blew me up w/ his behavior. No professionalism!
