My brother ordered an arrangement for my birthday. When I texted him a pic, he was very disappointed. When I woke up this morning, arrangement was very droopy, less than 18 hours after delivery. I requested a replacement. Karen demanded the original back. After the exchange at my door, I realized the replacement flowers were very cheap. She became angry and sent driver back to pick up cheap arrangement. I was a floral designer for many years and this is NOT how you do business.
