Geoffrey Schutzbank went well beyond what should be expected of a funeral director handling my Mother's Cremation. He gave sage advice to my father at a difficult time and he also did things he was not required in any way to do to make things easier on our family. in my opinion, his fee was too small for what he did and the fact that he refused to take any additional money very vocally will never be forgotten. What a tremendous human being!!!!! I would recommend Geoffrey Schutzbank and Riverside memorial chapels glowingly and without hesitation to anyone wise enough to listen. Handling a death in the family is tough enough but it can get far tougher if you are unlucky enough to fall prey to greedy and self serving funeral homes that seem to delight in soaking the last dollar out of grieving families in a time of weakness and uncertainty. Geoff, thank you so much for your honesty, kindness, compassion, and service to our family when we needed it the most.
