Sams club used to be friendly long time ago. but now these days and these couple years they have bad customer service that refuse to serve you if you have only a couple of items . they tell you go stand in line at the other lanes where cashiers are at. until i had to argue with them then they rung my stuff up. they do that all the time. they care about themselves and not customer service. very bad, street people, not experienced or professional like costco.

i asked the cashier of the jelwery department if i could take a look at a bag that was in display. She ignored me, i asked again, she gave me a nasty attitute and said "what do you want?" and rolled her eyes at me. She was being rude to the other customers. She argued with me, so I went to complain to the manager, i dont know if he told her something. Her name is ana, and she looks mexican. Never shopping there again. Rude employees always! I prefer to go to costco!!!
