We used to love to take our friends and out of town guests up here to show it off, however the last time we went the service was the worst I have ever experienced! We waited 45 minutes to get a drink refill, 1hour just to get a cold burnt appetizer and another 40 minutes to get a dinner. The waitress was rude and didn't even come over to offer some kind of excuse! However, considering I used to work as a waitress we still left her a tip on our card (which I did not want to leave one AT ALL). A few days later upon checking my account I came across my charge and noticed she gave herself an extra tip! I called immediately and told the "manager" what was going on and she said "oh was it the cowgirl with the long blonde hair, this is not the first call i have had like this!"and then was told by Judy I would get a full refund and she would call me Monday to get the info....3 weeks went by I called again and spoke with Natalie, re-explained the entire issue, only for her to take my card number and tell me she would call me back, this was again 3 weeks ago now! Have no idea what she has done with my card number so I'm keeping a close eye on my account! It's a huge disappointment and we will no longer stop there on the bike or take friends there, in fact we will steer anyone we know far from there!

Great for live entertainment. Most days there are two to three bands, everything from bluegrass to funk to oldtime rock. Food is terrible. Underdone pizza, overdone nachos. Corndogs and jalapeno poppers were good, so if you must eat, stick to what can be deep fried - it's harder to ruin!
