I concidered renting here but, after consistently rude and disrespectful manners, even when just calling to ask about availability, I'm going elsewhere.I met the manager once. He is arrogant and caustic.Although it can be very difficult to get space in Evergreen, pass these guys by.The WORST customer experience I've had in 20 years!I only clicked one rating star here because you have to fill it out to complete this formThey get a zero from me

Horrible experience. We had made a reservation for a 10x10 storage unit. When we showed up to claim the unit just before our home lease expired it was already rented to someone else. I had previously called the manager Bryan Burton on several occasions to check on our reservation. I was told every time that everything was ok and that if anything came up they would certainly call us first. He did not call and did not care. He then tried to force us to get a larger and more expensive unit we did not need. I asked if we could get it for the same price as the one we had reserved. No. No discount. Nothing. They don't honor reservations. BEWARE.

We stored our belonging at A Storage Place for over three years. Extremely clean facility, with very courteous managers. I recommend this storage facility on a regular basis. I find it surprising that the previous review talks about issues with the rental truck. The managers made it very clear to us when we moved in, that the truck was available upon move in only.
