Couple weeks back we bought a used Subaru Outback 2008 from Rodland Toyota. We worked with Danny "Bubba" Howard and we had a great experience. This was our first time buying through a dealership so we didn't know what to expect. Everybody at Rodland Toyota was very professional and easy to talk to. They answered every single question we asked and were very honest about everything. The whole process was quick (out with a new car within 2 hours) and we feel like we got a good deal. I have been dealing with Rodland Toyota for several years now. I bought my last Prius just two years ago and now have traded it in for the new Prius V. I am very excited about the new features offered on the Prius V. To be very truthful though, the reason I have returned to Rodland Toyota again and again is because of the excellent service department. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and the work is always excellent. On my new purchase John Yi has helped me with a lease instead of a traditional auto purchase. I am very interested in finding out how this new option works over the long haul.

My wife and myself stopped by to check for a 4x4 car. The Sales person, Mr. Lyon, guided us very well from the first visit. We felt him very knowledgable in a very honest way so that we could convey full trust on him and onwards. It is not a reputation of dealership, but a customer service of a sales person to buy a car after all. He has a very shining personality. Kudos!

Mike Shively was great to work with. We came into the dealership knowing what we wanted, and left with exactly that. Mike made it super easy- we were in and out with a new car in two hours. Mike was great to work with, super knowledgable, friendly and not at all "salesy". I am a repeat buyer at Rodland- bought a vehicle there about 15 years ago and remembered why I came back. They are not like other dealerships, you can tell it is family owned and we really liked that. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

I came to Rodland Toyota via the Internet looking for a Red, 2011 Prius with the 4th level of options. Their Internet sales manager was very courteous and helpful, without being overly friendly. They secured exactly what I was looking for within about a day from my initial inquiry and had the car shipped to their location within a day after that. I was handed over (smoothly) to Mike Hilderbrand. Mike was also great to work with, and honored the price I was quoted, and even threw in a few extras. The price was very satisfactory. I live on Whidbey Island, and Mike picked me up from the ferry and, per my request, ensured my sales experience was as short as possible. I asked to have the paperwork completed within 30 minutes of my arrival (admittedly a nutty request), and he did his best and -- together with a very couteous Finance team -- had me out of there in 38 minutes. I am not kidding. It was the very best car buying experience I have had, and I've purchased quite a few autos.
